Research begins with exact identity
A research record starts with a stable internal ID, exact brand, manufacturer, model, identifiers, product type, and variant relationship. An Amazon title, seller name, price, color, or seasonal availability is not a stable identity.
Conflicting model, voltage, dimension, or intended-use evidence blocks publication until the conflict is resolved or clearly recorded as unknown. Near-identical colors, pack sizes, and lengths are consolidated as variants rather than turned into thin pages.
Evidence is field-level
Specifications are traced to named source records with access dates, supported claims, reliability status, reviewer, and replacement history. Official manuals, manufacturer specifications, warranty and support pages, official compatibility directories, CPSC records, and recognized certification databases receive priority.
Marketplace listings and owner feedback may help identify questions or cross-check context, but they do not establish permanent seller identity, safety certification, technical specifications, price, stock, ratings, or warranty eligibility.
Unknown is a valid result
A missing value remains unknown. Software or AI cannot estimate dimensions, power, brightness, compatibility, safety, test results, ownership experience, or availability to complete a record.
Every product moves through explicit workflow states. Human approval, safety and recall review, source verification, originality review, image rights, and a page-quality score of at least 90 are required before indexation.
